Terms & Conditions

By signing up to our Partner Program, the following terms and conditions include:

  • Partners will be entitled to a commission level in one quarter depending upon the business of new deals in that particular quarter. For example, if partners makes 35 new paid sign-ups in a quarter, they will be entitled for 45% commission on all signups for that particular quarter.
  • For renewals of existing business, partners will be entitled to a commission level based on the business done in previous four quarters. For example, if partners creates 150 paid users in previous four quarters, they will be entitled for 33% commission on renewals as per Gold Partner plan for that particular quarter.
  • Commissions will be calculated on quarterly basis, and will be deposited by 30th of the following month for any particular quarter.
  • All level1 support calls will handled by partner’s team. InTimeTec will provide the resolution of level2 and level3 support calls.
  • InTimeTec will train your sales & support team to handle level1 support.
